As per the Read Me file in the install routine, the actual install is missing files for DAZ - that is only the poser section has been downloaded and "disseminated" for others to use - not an uncommon experience.

YES I know that the poser version of the poses works in DAZ but if it was materials / textures missing then that would not work.
