Although not the latest version, I got the 1.3.15 (Win32 and Win 64), which had been available through the Public Beta some time ago. Theese seem to work properly with the actual DS 4.6.2.
Admin, you may send me a PM if you'd like to get the files to upload to your collection.

I tested it in DS 4.6.2 and as far as I can tell it works.
But I prefer the regular lipsync plugin over Mimic Live! 'cause that didn't allow to use prerecorded audio. Too bad that's 32-bit only.
