I tried to d/l from filefrog a couple of times and never got anywere with it. It doesn't give you the link after the count down or it gives you a link to a different file to install a unwanted software! Not the intended file from your site.
So yeah, I would stay away from that one and stick with rapidgator

Maybe your firefox install addon and got error.
There are some files I upload yesterday so I will post that link today
But I will stop using them next day because many complain about this host
