AVAILABLE for VIP only... with [VIP] prefix on article name, it will not shared for non-VIP, no time limit

Reason: we don't want our resources will be leaked, too many leechers.
We ban more than 50 leechers but they still copy our resources daily
Easy to protect with VIP members because we can track who downloaded

Nothing to do but wait and see. We are just leechers after all so we are in no place to make demands, We should be happy that we can use the site at all :P

Safe way is hidden from all fellow
If I feel happy, I may remove [VIP] and all members can download but may be never publish fellow
